What People Say
Most Liked
The standout feature of Jumbo Burgers is its impressive menu variety, particularly the extensive selection of hamburgers. Diners rave about unique options like the pastrami burger and the ranch burger, often recommending the double patty for an ultimate experience. The fry sauce has gained a local following, claimed to be the best in Utah, and complements the crispy fries perfectly. Many customers also praise the chicken gyros with their delicious tzatziki sauce, making it a must-try for anyone seeking Greek flavors. The casual and friendly atmosphere adds to the overall enjoyment, encouraging patrons to linger longer and enjoy their meals.
Most Disliked
While Jumbo Burgers enjoys a generally favorable reputation, some reviews indicate a few areas that could use improvement. A common critique revolves around the burger meat portions, with some diners feeling the patties are on the thin side, particularly for the price. Issues regarding consistency also emerged, where certain experiences delivered a less-than-satisfactory burger presentation or temperature. Occasionally, some orders miss the mark in flavor, with a few patrons reporting unpleasant bites in their meals. Despite these isolated experiences, many still consider a visit worthwhile for the overall menu and dining experience.

Jumbo Burgers has a chill vibe with big booths and nice views of the mountains in the East. The burgers, fries, onion rings, and sweet potato tots were ALL delicious. We had the bacon burger (recommend a double patty!) and ranch burger, along with the fries and rings and tots, all dipped in the best fry sauce in Utah. Very happy we went, and we're planning to go back!

2023 update: Ordered the usual -- chicken gyro -- which is consistently satisfying. The tzatziki sauce is the best. Most orders I overheard were for hamburgers of which there are many varieties. We like the fries and the fry sauce here. Previous: My order is always chicken gyro with extra sauce (other meats available). It was as good as I remembered. There are so many choices here especially a wide variety of hamburgers with all kinds of toppings. The drive thru was busy with four people dining in, too, so this remains a popular restaurant with efficient service.

Friendly front counter staff. Only small comment about the food so 4.5 but granted a 5. Burger was lacking acceptable serving of beef but much improved dipping in tasty fry sauce. For a $9.99 burger I would prefer to not have to take the buns apart to distribute my own pastrami evenly. Was the bun mangled and meat stacked awkwardly due to 'cut in half' request? Not sure what the food was but had to spit one (3/8 " square) part out...firm and indecipherable. Maybe a hard portion of a 🍅? First visit here. I only ordered one pastrami burger and found the meal satisfied my hunger. The fries looked good and the menu is varied reminds me of Crown Burger, which I enjoy. I will visit again but check out the pricing on a burger with more meat and I'm going to try the mushroom burger requesting caramelized onions. Ideally, I would invite someone along and split a double or even triple meat specialty burger...the patty's are about as thin as 'borderline pass-able'. For a $10 Burger maybe, second thought, they are not acceptable...a previous writer may not have complained about too many condiments if the meat ratio was balanced. Anyway, I would add sides of at least two... Delicious looking fries, onion rings and/or fried mushrooms. Since I always drink water that meal combination should not be too much but a very satisfying experience.

I need some respect put on this places name. The burger had the perfect amount of meat to vegetable to bun ratio. The fries were cooked perfectly. The sign says best burger in town.. i would believe them because im an out of towner but also… i love burgers so this place was top tier and thank to the young lady who recommended jalapeños. It added the perfect spice to it.

Very tasty burger place. Been to crown burger? This place is basically crown burger’s long lost cousin, but not nearly as busy. I had the ranch burger and it was yummy. Would recommend. The fries have a nice taste and the fry sauce is unexpectedly sweet, but very good.
